Proof of CEO claims will either be verified or discredited in time. Meantime, an attitude of certain failure is as faulty as being certain of success.

All I can say about STOA is there is new hope. And that the CEO of STOA should not be judged, nor ridiculed, based on the failures of others.

We all know that the OTC is nothing more than a casino. Does anyone stand at the roulette table pronouncing that the ball will never land on red?

Time will tell. Meantime, I am willing to give the "New Guy" a chance. If everyone based his decision to invest in an OTC company on the success rate of companies listed on the OTC, there would be no investors/gamblers in the OTC Market.

Those that enter with certainty, soon realize doubt; While those that enter with doubt, will discover certainty.
