I know what you are trying to do, but you are missing my point (as I read back through my attempts to demonstrate my opinion; it is revealed again my ability to articulate is failin me).

The funders always rule the pps. The funders have millions of warrants. If you go back to the day when warrants first traded; it is easy to see the possibility that they could have dumped 2m warrants shares (without little effort- just patience and a plan) with ease at an average of .30 = $600k. Therefore I this hypothetical they would only need to avg .05 on the other 8m shares.

This scenario allows funder to benefit from price going down, eliminate his risk, and he can still double his money from current pps without ever contemplating exercise of warrant; thus giving himself an opportunity to make $1m cash via a arbitrage situation, I would prefer to invest $1m with a potential $1m return 10 times over before a $10m position with risk to have a potential ~$1m return...

Hence do not enter. This stock is locked up and anytime soembody takes a large stake it benefits the large stake holders to sell more....

IMO, the safest way to play this stock as retail is just weight for volume.....and wait for the second reaction if you happen to be watching.....

I'll go back to what I said a few months ago; the R/s allowed them to play the same game again....new retail= same game
