Caponi should get some skin in the game. Esposito bought an additional 440k shares soon after coming on board. That was a nice show of support.

I think Caponi's deal is that he can buy 1MM MZEI shares at .16, anytime in the next year after coming on board in Oct. Why doesn't he buy now at half the price?
