Read the Haltain management information circular - the Haltain shareholders will own 100% of 707.

In all of the other 3 acquisitions it states they will purchase all outstanding shares and for AEGY it states it will purchase the assets.

Shareholders will still own their shares but there won't be any assets. And AEGY will still trade on the greys.

Outlook for shareholders is somewhere between dismal and grim. LOL!
