Well all I can see that maybe for the benefit of the MSGI shareholders is (. Jeremy Barbera is the beneficial owner of a majority of the outstanding units of Nanobeak,) Who is the minority owners of Nanobeak and I can only conclude it is MSGI . plus before the SEC investigation of MSGI Jeremy replied to a few emails that MSGI is going to make a come back , now will a new CEO be appointed to MSGI or will MSGI be merged into either Nanobeak or VNTH is another scenario that was talked about here , hopefully we get something to explain things , lots of things going on at Nanobeak and VNTH a full plate of work, and MSGI could have been put on the back burner for awhile again , SEC investigation could have tied up things for MSGI for some time, but the note holders will want to be made good that converted for .68 cents a share.

I got to say if you can collect just 100,000 shares of VNTH at 5 cents, will cost $5,000 dollars, could be a good entry point . Only buy what you can afford to lose.
