I am not sure where you get this information, and it really doesn't matter. Bottom line is that in the past two years the only insider who actually purchased stock was Newmin who bought $1,000 worth at .0006, which is now worth half of what it was. Some of these insider suckers actually paid like 2 bucks a share, I guess when everybody though MCET was a real company. If the "CEO" owns about $5K of stock in his company, that should tell you all you need to know. They throw so many options around and there were a few guys who tried to tell me that "A" meant "acquired" and not "awarded" so there is certainly plenty of wiggle room, what MCET thrives on.
