Can't sell the "measly" 2.5M shares he bought recently.

But he can surely issue "new" shares up to the AS (authorized share) limit for LEXG.

Just take a look at the "share structure" sticky to get an idea of how many "new" shares LEXG/Alex have issued in the past year. HUGE!
