That's laughable.
I guess it could be that I am the only one who thinks the skills of a software engineer are not directly transferable to management of a land and fianance company.

Now for the weasel words that keep you out of jail on fraud charges;

"The Company believes that the industry is poised for exponential growth."
Holy scripture that, or at least a partially developed belief system.

"Dennis Boyle, a licensed medical grower from Walla Walla, intends for his company, Curative LLC, to sign a definitive lease agreement for a 10 year renewable lease" Curative LLC formed 12/3/2014
There is an old saying about the paving of a road to ... .

"the company could generate annual income of over 9 Million dollars "
And that is without the gold mine they almost had in the Siskiyous.

"The Company plans to immediately raise $2 million"
Nice to see a bit of modesty, it was $15 Mil for the Discovery Day mine.

"It intends to raise another $15 million for construction"
So much for the modesty bit. (is "it" the corporate equivalent of the royal "we"?)

"The Company will keep shareholders updated as new developments arise. "
unless it's the issuance of new shares of stock.
