At this time, the SEC is unable to apprise the Court as to Defendant Jean-François Amyot’s position on this motion. Since the morning of November 17, 2014, Amyot has not responded to any telephone calls or e-mail communications from counsel to the SEC. As required by the Local Rules, undersigned counsel attempted to contact Amyot via e-mail shortly after 9:00 am this morning to meet and confer regarding this motion to adjourn, but as of 4:00 pm today, Amyot had not responded.
