Wow, the bid dropped to the all time low 0.0001 for a while! The sellers can dump at most 42.56M shares to crash the ask to 0.0001... Are the zero costs for all those insider's shares? They better dump all now while EXLA still has a bid! "No bid" very soon due to the heavy year-end tax-loss sales... Why did the SEC chase them? TIA!
