Be: Plenty of companies of succeeded with convertible debt financing, including PIPEs like NeoMedia's. The responsibility of the CEO is to raise revenue to support debt. Instead, Larua pursued the long-failed strategy of using a law firm as their only sales team. According to the latest filing, revenues are declining because they are just too busy with the predictable negative outcome of that strategy.

That all falls on Laura and the board. Not YA.
