Makes sense. I agree with your numbers, plus any state obligation. Not for you I recall (TX?). I wonder if multi-currency skirts the issue if not USD? Probably not... still a gain. If no pressure to exchange, could spread them out, though time is lost doing other things with the money that would potentially add value.
