Yeah, it's not uncommon for OTC stocks to announce share buybacks to boost the price. ASTC has the cash, but whether they'll spend it remains to be seen. With book value above the current PPS they should be buying like crazy, but my guess is they're afraid without cash they'll have to scale back the big salaries for Trey and friends and that's not happening.

I just hope they don't acquire anything too ridiculous to keep paying themselves those big salaries.
