Since RLTR has provided all these services to BCCI and CNMJ for marginal dollar amount compensation, if any, it would only be fair if these two companies paid RLTR with shares of stock as they have done for many other service providers.

I would suggest that each of these two companies issue RLTR fifty million shares.
