Well, I don't often read a header such as :

"This is NOT an encouragement to buy shares. Do your own due diligence and/or wait until a material announcement is made before contemplating investment"

Does not sound like a Pump & Dump to me. Most Pump & Dumps urge you to buy shares "before it's too late".

In addition, not many Pump & Dumps allude to the possibility of a Reverse Split. That is anathema to promoting a stock in the OTC. I have never seen that as part of any "Script" for promoting a stock, especially on IHUB.

The new CEO is making an effort to be open and transparent with share holders (both current and prospective) and gets nothing but negative responses for his effort here. It is like some investors lay in wait here to pounce on every attempt to right this company from its past deficiencies.

I find it refreshing to finally own shares in a company of which the CEO is taking a different approach to how to communicate with share holders. Up Front & Honest.
