You're not looking at last filing, and that's pretty standard language for all companies. As of 9/30 the company had 70K cash on hand, though I believe it is considerably higher now. There won't be any dilution till after they change the A/S, and because getting the share price over .50 for over a month is important for the company to pay off their physical capital investors in stock, we don't expect it till the share price is much higher than today. As long as the business plan is executed, it's not going to be a problem. As long as it coincides, or enables higher revenue, then it is a worthy investment. I believe we will do great as product distribution and sales, will go into high gear next month. The A/S will be raised to 259 million, to pay off the warrants as we approach our target prices. I'm not worried about it, and own a lot of stock here, and there's no point in repeating this ad nauseum.
By the way did you notice SMKY is current? You mentioned it wouldn't happen, so just wanted to let you know.
I added about 28,000 shares today, tho have to admit that these were the highest prices I've paid for shares to date. The company has been incorporated for 7 years, and has never had a R/S, so the share structure is sound, and all investors in this company will have a chance to come out on top in 2015.
See you at .10+ in January Malcolm!
