I totally agree her FIDUCIARY responsibility is to us the shareholders first. To put out a statement that these reverse splits and other gimmicks MIGHT decrease shareholder value is just plain pathetic. This "person" should have been paid in stock for years. What has she done for the common shareholder to warrant this kind of a salary? She has banked millions while assisting YA in stealing hard earned investment dollars from "believers" should she get a pass Hell NO!
