Eleniak, given your inputs that Ron is moving-on to C4 and also your info that merger/buyout at around $1 range, it makes sense for Ron to cash-out his GPSI shares since he is no longer in control of GPSI. Since Ron's GPSI shares are also dictated by GPSI PPS, it will be in his interest to see GPSI PPS goes up before he let-go his remaining GPSI shares.
