Yes I voted weeks ago but whats the point.As of 10 A.M. this friday morning it will be approved imho.

Just read the SEC DEF 14A filing.Common holders which was 623 million plus Series B,F may vote on an as-converted basis.

I'm not a happy camper however how can the company go forward when you got a well below sub penny pps.They would have to double the A/S and issue billions to raise future capital that will be needed all this was part of the restructure.

Elliot is the one that will be smiling cause he is or will be in control for certain friday midday.I just hope he can do a better job with the finance then what occured prior under the past CEO.

One thing I've learned regarding the man he is one brutal business man which is not a negative as long as its in the companies best interest imo.Time will tell.

Now we need Pfizer to pay and Shire to report positive data and it sure in the chit would not hurt to get a update from our CEO.
