MMTC - The patent is not lost, the court case was settled, Alpines lien is no longer valid, anyone can Google this and find it to be true. The Listeria certification is not lost, the renewal fee simply needs paid, MMTC can pay this at anytime, its no big deal. MMTC is not writing cold checks. MMTC has an inventory, OSI systems just manufactured 5 MIT's in November of 2012, those MIT's are less than two years old and are highly capable. MMTC owes $4200 in back taxes per the most recent 10Q, that amount is probably a lot less by now if not paid in full. Insiders have done nothing but buy shares, Greg Newhuis and Robert Pett both have over a million dollars invested in MMTC. Anthony M. Frank the former U.S. Postmaster general holds a sizable position in MMTC, he continues to buy shares to this day. The four to five hour test turnaround time is currently being pursued by Northern Michigan University per my conversation with Dr. Sharp just recently. A test turnaround time of four to five hours would be a game changer for the company. There is much to look forward to, there is a lot taking place behind the scenes as we speak. big smile

In April 2012, the Company commenced the production phase of its MIT 1000 Rapid Microbial Identification System with its Hawthorne, California-based manufacturing partner. The first two Systems were received in July 2012, with three additional Systems received in November 2012. The Company participated in several food safety conferences during 2012 and 2013 and brought significant attention to its MIT 1000 which has led to follow-up contacts from several high profile independent laboratories, multinational food and food safety industry leaders, as well as from prominent academic research institutes.
