Even if HC hands SP a license tomorrow it's 100% worthless. It still will not allow them to grow, cultivate, or sell.

So how will they start making payments on a loan due early 2015? Most likely offer more shares. The case must first be decided in Canada's high court which is 3-4 months away. Meanwhile bills are due, and plant's to put in the ground aren't free. Again Investors will foot the bill and the price will drop and eventually this becomes so up side down that it's impossible for anyone to infuse capital any longer.

Then investors will be holding worthless shares most likely by end of 2015. They have no way to generate income after they re handed a license w/o more $$$! Watch and learn how these penny companies fold while names like Tweed, Aphria and bedrocan all succeed. They don't lie but actually do what they promise.
