For as much as everyone is saying to load up and get cheap shares while you can, no one is actually doing anything about it. All I see is more selling and a chart that shows a decline back to 52wk lows.

Looks as if this rapid declining stair stepping chart just keeps going lower and lower after every tiny useless bounce. I wonder when this will hit below .002?
