The only thing that came out of the verbal arguments in court was that the judge wanted to know more about Florida law. I think ccgi will win in its appeal. However, this is going to drag out for a real long time. It goes from One judge to another to another, none can make a decision unless its in black and white. Thats why criminals get away with murder these days. Poor justice system.
