It sure seems like the focus of the company is moving from transport to technology. Could be some sort of deal might be in the works and it is only a little over 2 weeks until year end, that timeline seems reasonable so IF a big event is in the future, fortunes of the company could be changing. Look again at their 12.8.14 press-release for clues.. Only my opinion though...

On December 8, 2014, the Registrant issued a press release advising that its information technology department has opened an office in Mermaid Beach, Gold Coast, Australia, under the name of Polybia Studios in preparation of launching its first commercial app in the coming weeks. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
