"ECOB has been THE DREAM."

Kinda sorta.. for the shareholder it's a "Nightmare on Elm Street"

The dream as I see it is

A. The CEO still inking beautiful paychecks to himself that has him looking like a big player at the country club.

B. For a CEO who can yet be allowed to continue without any accountability the diluting tactics to fund his outrageous payday and life style.

C. For a CEO who doesn't have to face his shareholders and explain a thing but fluff to fuel dilution.

D. and knowing that the CEO has more time to continue. He has a R/S coming and it's going to be a dandy and he can again..wash....rinse and repeat cycle.

The dream boat sailed a loooong time ago for shareholders and now even the flippers are in trouble. Toxic funding has this security mired in it's own filth.

All just my opinion.
