OK, so re-reading this and trying to figure this out:

The Court has found that Ms. Lerman is not admitted to practice in the Middle District of Florida. (Doc. 51). For this reason, the motion is DENIED with one exception. Ms. Lerman may represent herself.

Won't get into the stone throwing here of who was accusing who of trying to practice law and not being properly licensed and/or permitted.......

Lerman can represent herself in the court, just as any of us would be allowed to do. She is not permitted to represent any of the other defendants, due to the statement above: not admitted to practice in the Middle District of Florida.

So, if the venue is moved to Southern District, where presumably she is permitted to practice, does she then represent all of the defendants?

Will have to check back on PACER again, but I seem to recall that her husband hired his own representation.

After reading one of her submissions, I hope she does a bit more investigative work and gets some info correct. She stated that the "friend who is not a friend" introduced Nemes to Burrows, and got Nemes to bring Burrows in as President and Director....

Ummm, any of us who were here back in the JSB regime know for a fact that Nemes was working for SDI before he had anything to do with RENU. He didn't need anyone to "introduce" him to Burrows. They already had a working relationship.

EDIT: Sorry, forgot to properly link my correct information: http://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/shaka-announces-new-corporate-headquarters-introduces-additions-to-executive-management-team-133872413.html

Additionally, Shaka has appointed J. Charles Nemes as Executive Vice President of Operations and Business Development. Mr. Nemes is the former Chief Operating Officer of SDI Solar, a Florida manufacturer and installer of solar products and services. Most recently, he has been a consultant to Shaka as the Company began making acquisitions and strategic alliances in the solar industry.

While consulting, developing and assisting a few smaller financial businesses, in June of 2010, ISD Financial Group was hired by West Palm Beach Solar Manufacturer and Integrator SDI Solar. The 37 year old company wished to expand and grow the company rapidly and hired ISD and Mr. Nemes to assist with implementing a management, installation, marketing and sales strategy. Mr. Nemes began consulting in the capacity of Chief Operating Officer for the company..........

Too simple.
