SA HAS lost market share along with others. The US is producing enough to satisfy domestic needs and we simply do not need oil from SA and other counties. Until they drop production (stop producing 600,000 more BBL per day then market needs) or drive price down below what US cost to produce are, either way SA losses market share or price.

Since a lot of the new wells have already been producing for a year or so, They will not be shut down. SA is to late IMO to drive US out of market. Only leaves production cuts.....
