Why is Apple trying to preserve its rights along with hewlett packard and others in this bankruptcy case?

Its like if they are fighting to keep their rights, does this suggest they can lose them?

What would apple lose from This case? Its contract that was fraudently entered into with Leckrone?


That would be nice to have to re-sign a couple of these including apple.
