IMO I think he would say things are moving along - they will eventually get rid of Maliki's influence by charging him with Murder (not corruption) - One can already see this ongoing as the head of the Supreme court got the boot etc

IMO there are other pressures making them move as well to offset this

Besides if these guys hold lots of IQD they are motivated to have the IQD revalue etc
