True, those shares are included...


in the BCKE O/S, but as of November 26th they belonged to Jeff (through HTSC), so he will vote them at the BCKE meeting.

The record date we want is for the HTSC declared dividend of the HTSC owned shares of BCKE. That will be announced by HTSC and not by BCKE.
