So,

How do you know Red Chip has failed to get the word out on ZIVO ? Shouldn't you be asking Red Chip that question? Maybe you'll hear from them what they've done since being contracted. You are certainly privy to some of what they've done.

Again an assumption .... The stock is down = Red Chip failure.

The stock is down = MANAGEMENT failure.

How much news has management provided to the public since engaging IR and PR ??? IMO ..... Very little that would entice an investor that knows nothing about the company to buy.

What has management done in the last 6 months or so to instill confidence or gain some level of goodwill with shareholders of this company ?

My impression of Dahl is that he is a straight arrow. But he lacks capital markets experience and does not understand how the message must be delivered. You can see some effort in most all communication to be transparent. But that is also part of the issue. Every positive message followed by .... "But". An easy example is the constant mention the pace of the scientific work will move at the pace of funding, funding, funding, funding, funding ...... Over and over again. It happened again in the shareholder message ...... Possibilty of Reverse split mention . HUGE mistake IMO.

So, an IR firm can only put eyeballs on the company and help deliver the message. It cannot force anyone to buy a stock. Up to management to provide reason to buy ......

Amigo Mike
