Excellent post! I'm also disappointed to see project costs rise by another $100mm. I'd hate to be strung along for another year without any plants breaking ground. I'd be extremely frustrated if that turns out to be the case for 2015.

The couple of bright spots I've been turning to for hope in BION lately has been the increasing willingness of management to come on record and show their faces in public, even if limited in time. Their response time on social media continues to increase with updates and perspective from executives at the company. Updates and changes on their website has also increased in frequency. This tells me management has increased confidence in BIONs ability to deliver.

I do believe it will be a very positive sign for 2015 if BION files it's Q4 report on time as it will be instrumental to shoring up current shareholder confidence (at least this shareholder) that management is willing to build momentum on these projects and stay abreast of regulatory filings which they've shown unwilling to do in during most of 2014. I also can't wait to rummage through all the data!

On another note. I've given up on the notion that we might cap under 400mm shares. My best positive projection is between 465mm and 515mm shares by the end of 2015 alone if the historical rate continues. Depending on how 2015 turns out that could increase by another 100mm to 175mm shares by mid to late 2016. Bringing the total to about 620mm to 680mm by plant 1 completion. (My hope is to be proven wrong on this!) If someone is willing to do an EBIDTA projection on those numbers that would be awesome! ;)

I've also contacted Olde Monmouthe by phone and email on several occasions to ask for current number of shares outstanding. I get the feeling they're not very interested in providing that info. I don't have much time throughout the day to build a repertoire with them so I think that might be the causal factor for them not wanting to release that info to me over the phone. No reply by email either.
