Good info, slojab. So, I suppose one can guess that Moscariello has made a bundle building homes and decided to invest $$ in Nathan Hall's enterprise.

Was he seeking a tax deduction (such as the first Nathan Hall PR suggests) or was he investing in what he hoped would be a profitable enterprise?

Did he know that Nathan was going to merge with CYBK when he invested $800,000?

What are the terms of what one assumes is a loan? At the very least, WOGI will likely have to pay the $800,000 back and with projected revenue of only $668,400 for the first year...
