CEO UPDATE:
Spoke to Norman George our CEO a few moments ago:
PR's will come as soon as SEC/Lawyer finish dotting the I's and crossing the T's (didn't know exactly when Company updates would come but not too long). He said there is NO disagreement between the two, he just wants everything to be correct and legal. Not interested in doing things illegal. Therefore, the IR firm has NOT put out PR's in the past because they are waiting for SEC/Lawyer to finalize docs/paperwork....
Currently in the works on acquiring smaller telephone companies with a customer base of 1,000-3,000 customers....therefore expansion in the future + I think that the SEC/Lawyer docs are related to this...Could get exciting here!
He also mentioned that he was serious about looking to acquire the MJ stocks many months ago, but has since backed off.....SEC, he said would not support him if he decided to spin it off after 6 months, and he had mentioned the 10 or so stocks that were delisted (Which we all know). He said that he is interested in acquiring so I was really excited to hear that (any industry).....Moving in the right direction here for sure!!!
***NOTE CONVERSIONS ARE DONE AS OF -----> December 1, 2014....It's over, Seemed very happy to tell me this.....NO dilution!!!
I also asked about the high number of A/S, telling him that he needed to significantly bring the number down. He specifically mentioned that it is definitely a possibility and that this may be tied to Lawyer/SEC talks/PR.
Plans/Goals for 2015 will be part of the PR's....couldn't mention too much of this as his lawyers would have his head, lol! I think
P.S. - No calling Norman and cussing him out, does not like it, and will not answer your questions (If you did it, you know who you are!!!!
Norman owns approximately 90-100 million shares which he can only sell 1% of outstanding shares each quarter......shares locked!!!
Well, to sum things up I am super PUMPED on our conversation and what he said.....With conversion DONE and exciting things to come, I am a huge believer especially at our current PPS. ONce again, we have a REAL company, with REAL Revenue and a company that wants to do it right!
