Allow me to rephrase.

Why should I believe an email reposted on IHUB more than I believe what is posted on an official government website, i.e., that the "email," as posted, is truly a verbatim communication from an official source?

Unless it provides MORE information - which must be taken with a grain of salt for the same reason - such an email is, at best, redundant.
