Basically, read the 10-K
An Attorney is suing them $600,000 for LEGAL FEES and not to mention all other court and business costs.

They DO NOT HAVE A PRODUCT "AND" CEO has a Criminal Record the length of an arm.

HAWK Manufacturing? Are you Kidding me? Another fake company to push, by another crook?
Why is a company paying to buy another company when none of them have any products?

None of them have ANY Products. Plus they Owe Money on machines that they had bought from before.

So!!! All our money is going to Legal fees and for the Owners to Stay out of Jail because they are ONLY fighting this case with tooth and nail.
ALL THE MONEY is Going To Legal fees.

When that ends and they cannot get anymore money, Do You Know What Will Happen Next - Bankruptcy!!!

Plane and Simple, we are Done and Have been Done All this Time and acted like there is hope..

This Company is out and the lights are about to SHUT DOWN

GLER does not even have a website anymore: http://www.globalearthenergy.com/. Not sure what happened in the acquisition by Hawk Maufacturing, Inc., but you should try to get your hands on the acquisition documents somehow.

Here is the corporate information on Hawk: http://www.sos.sc.gov/index.asp?n=18&p=4&s=18&corporateid=677673. It is an active corporation and in good standing. in South Carolina. Not much on it in Lexis, but the Lexis report for that company is attached. They operate in the greater Charlotte area in North Carolina, near the South Carolina border.

Report on "Anthony F. Domian", the owner and registered agent for receipt of service of process for Hawk Manufacturing, Inc. He lives on an Indian reservation near Charlotte, and has a longstanding history of criminality, looks like, including passing bad checks. He probably is a member of the Waxhaw Tribe.

Based upon what little I have seen thus far, I would not hold my breath on ever seeing your very low stock price bounce back. It probably will never go much above zero, is my best guess. Eventual bankruptcy proceedings would not surprise me either. I think your money probably is good as gone, and I am not seeing anything I can really do to help you any further, especially since most of the players are outside the State of California, and on Indian reservation where they have protected themselves via jurisdiction.
