JUST TALKED TO E*TRADE RIGHT NOW....

According to the Representative who researched the status:

Artfest International is aquiring PRPM.

It's going through a SPINOFF process. The date is TBA so it can take 2 months or it can take a year. She told me that we should be notified by the company what we are entitled to.

But seeing how Vasker likes to run his company, I expect nothing to happen.

Can anyone with more knowledge on these processes elaborate?
