That confirms the 10q which states PMCM did not take over Jessica's lease and per her response PMCM had to move by OCT.31 It also states in the agreement to pay Jessica 80K in 30 days of July 22 which they did not complete as of Sept.30 according to the 10q. When you renege on said agreement it would leave a bad experience for Jessica. Jessica was a one woman show. She grew it, process it, marketed it, and did it all by herself. She sold it to PMCM. What did PMCM do with Suzie's?
Suzie Q’s NPO

On July 22, 2014, the Company executed an amendment to the Asset Purchase Agreement, (the “Agreement”), with Jessica Vance, the owner of Suzie Q’s NPO, (“Suzie Q’s”), dated March 7, 2014. Pursuant to the Agreement, the Company acquired the business operations of Suzie Q’s, minimal equipment and furniture to operate the business, the customer/patient list and the exclusive rights to use the name “Suzie Q”. Suzie Q’s is a Washington state non-profit corporation. The Company paid a total of $20,000 cash pursuant to the acquisition of Suzie Q’s. The Company did not take over the lease on the location. The equipment and furniture had an approximate historical cost of $7,760 and a net book value of $0 as of the date of the Agreement. The Company recorded the excess consideration paid of $20,000 as goodwill.

That leaves more questions than answers. But clearly Jessica was not happy and wanted them out by Oct.31 And according to the 10q they knew on July 22 they would not take over Jessica's building and on Sept. 30 that was filed in the 10q. Where oh where did Suzie Q's go? To top it all off this whole time the A/S nearly doubled and dumped on us. Ta Da pps .0001 Where is the POT?
