During the six months ended October 31, 2014, we entered into separate private placement memorandums with an affiliate shareholder under which we issued him 7,183,250 shares of our common stock, restricted in accordance with Rule 144, in exchange for $92,165.
That comes out .0128 p/sh.
Sure wish these guys would explain why an accredited investor would pay .0128 p/sh for 7.1M shares.
