TimW, you predicted SWET would get this low.

I really can't believe it is at levels it was before any San Luis info a year ago.

But I still believe SWET management is giving this a try for real. Just a matter of whether it can get PPAs...not sure if it will have success, or have funds to stay around for success.

But at levels this low, I might as well accumulate a little more.
