There was a legal agreement with previous management at Playboy for CIRC to have EXCLUSIVE manufacturing and distribution rights to the PBED. New management, listening to Jimmy Esebag, violated that legal agreement by starting a partnership with RediFez. Esebag wanted everything Playboy under his licensing company and PBED is a game changer. He knew how profitable PBED could be. And now we are here. As investors, were almost at the finish line with this marathon legal battle. We will know soon enough what the courts think of Jimmy Esebag, Playboy and the rest of the other defendants. Once the dust clears, CIRC should have enough money to rename and relabel the drink. Maybe even prosper without the Playboy name holding it back.
