In order to meet the higher exchange requirements, Stage 1 will result in a significant enhancement of revenues to concurrently impact the market cap and pps positively. Undervaluation in the public market remains a challenge as the Company's revenues exceed its market cap, a fact the Company is addressing in Stage 1 of its growth. Stage 2 will include an acquisition as announced earlier. The latter is also being vigorously pursued.
