BTW, who is "Benchmark Standard LLC"? The LLC was created in Pennsylvania on December 9, 2013, but that's all I've found.

I know they are redundant (or at least their name is, LOL) but who are they and WHY did they give EPA Petroleum $800,000 in 2013?


Presumably, the $300,000 EPA supposedly had in the bank in June is what is left of the $800,000 from Benchmark Standard (LOL) but for what and under what terms - er, something "investors" might like to know.
