Yea well I guess K knows shit! First he says quite a while back they are in 2% compliance and now says no they just got in compliance a day or two ago - I guess all one can say is someone talking out of BOTH SIDES OF THEIR MOUTH are FOS

1166 +2% seems to be 1166 + 23.32 = 1190 once rounded.

I thought I heard a number like 1197 thrown around, more BS? Unable to calculate 2%? Really?

I dont even know that any of this will matter, when Iraq is ready they will move. The IMF is a dying entity and more and more countries dont really give a shit what the IMF has to say. China and the BRICS have come up with a replacement for the IMF of their own and the long term influence the IMF will have has been greatly diminished.

That said...You mean to tell me that all the hoopla posted before about them being at 2% of compliant was wrong...and now they need to be under 1200 for at least 90 days starting errrrrr yesterday... The FACT is that most MAJOR market economies float their currency...Iraq is not even close yet...And that is why IMO there will be NO float!! And from economist and the CBI past articles...The BEST time to raise the 3 zeros is at the beginning of the year...NOT IN THE MIDDLE!! This has been a statement several times in the past...And in addition to that is Barzani saying...Kurdistan will not open and operate the ISX under 3 zeros...(but yet the ISX is being tied in with the ESX so how will that work??)...Barzani has a history of doing what he says...And I believe him on this currency issue, he was quite clear!
