The CEO agreed to forgo his salary for the fiscal year 2014 and
to negotiate a new employment contract on January 1, 2015. On December 6, 2014 the CEO
agreed to forgive the Company of the entire $2,475,000 accrued salary in order to enhance the
future growth of the Company. Accordingly, the Company has written-off the $2,475,000
accrued salary during the fourth quarter of 2014.
