Under his leadership, Unified Payments’ revenues grew by over 23,000 percent, and the company was ranked as the #1 fastest growing company in 2012 by Inc. Magazine. Earlier, Mr. Firer held senior executive positions in private equity, payment processing, wireless communications and technology companies.
• Jonathan New (CFO) has worked as Chief Financial Officer for Net Element in its different stages for several years. Earlier experience includes work as a Chief Operating Officer for Ener1, Inc., and also as the owner and operator of his own import and distribution company. He has provided services to public companies on a variety of corporate accounting, reporting, and audit related issues.
• Steven Wolberg (Chief Legal Officer & Secretary) has served, in addition to his Net Element work, in various capacities with Acies Corporation, including work as a Chief Strategy Officer, a Director, and Consultant. Mr. Wolberg also served as Chief Counsel and Vice President of Corporate Development for Mascot Networks in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and currently operates a law practice in Massachusetts.
• Vlad Sadovskiy (President of Merchant Services, TOT Payments) has direct responsibility for Divisional P&L, New Sales Development, Partner Implementation, Sales Integration, and Client Management. Earlier, Mr. Sadovskiy served as President of Wholesale Division at Unified Payments, and President of New Edge Payments. He also co-founded Merchant Processing Services Corp.
