Pretty clear prediction take a company pre revenue intends (hit market or not) intends pretty much double it's share count. Especially if those said warrants are at a price below a penny dilution would be massive and Pickett clearly states this on conf call Oct 14.

The bottom line is/has always been to effect the predictions swet survival or demise has been on closing a deal.If Picket were so fortunate he'd find a moderate/high cap investor to work on an infusion of cash but I personally don't see that happening. Need Chile close and that is entirely speculative where that stands as nobody has refutable information pro/con. This is predictable response printing shares without stock resonating.
