I can't argue real well against your points. I don't like the dilution, and hair cut either. My thoughts are that Mike was playing it safe, and didn't want to get into a corner without any capital with lots of potential swimming near by. How many times have we seen deals slip into the next qtr, ? And even had the Nigerians that couldn't pay on time. I think that history is what made him play it safer. I am assuming there is lots of good ,great things going on biometrically. I think that's pretty obvious. I think bkyi will snag some of those wins, and hopefully they will start looking different at the kid that brought them to the dance, rather than spending time in the parking lot with the rich guys.
