How much space is there between the free fall and the bounce?

Well, maybe a clue ...

Look at the "perfect" bearish (inverted) mini-C&H begun 11/20. IIRC Bulkowski has a "measure rule" for it - I've not looked yet as time has been short. Anyway, the handle formed very nicely for four days and then someone dropped the cup and it "broke".
