put the ticker in and check the filings - check each quarter and see if the outstanding is going up - if they aren't reporting or if you want to know what has happened since the last filing call the TA and hopefully there isn't a gag on it - you can also check the SOS and make sure no increases in authorized (that is a good indicator that they plan to dilute)
